Questions
Where is the service available?
At your home on the estate. Your washer comes through your estate’s gate nearest your home.
When do I pay for my wash?
After it. Your washer shares the before photos when they start and the after photos when they are done. The desk reviews the job, then your invoice arrives on your Orders page, and you pay it the way you pay for a shop.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Cancel it yourself from your Orders page until your washer sets off. After that, or to move it to another time, message the desk.
How are rugs and furniture priced?
By the hour, at R145, with a one-hour minimum. You count the items and we show a rough estimate; the washer logs the actual time at the end and that is what you pay. If it runs well past the estimate the desk checks it with you first.
What happens to my laundry?
Your washer counts it with you and photographs the bag, then takes it to Levingers after the visit. When it is ready we message you and you choose: brought back to you, or collected from the desk. Levingers’ ticket is passed on as charged, plus R145 to collect and return.
